From the venue:Atlanta wants to know: Where’s the beef? BLT Steak has the beef…along with fish, fowl, venison and pork. The Boucherie Dinner series returns with monthly Meat Weeks beginning with Fish Week on June 18– June 24. Special dishes include: Tempura Zucchini Blossom Stuffed with Shrimp Mousse (tomato broth, micro chervil), Sautéed Mediterranean Rouget (socca tart, eggplant caviar, ratatouille broth, micro basil), Baked Monkfish Tail (chorizo gnocchi, cherry tomatoes confit, Gascogne sauce, tapenade toast) and Honey Roasted Black Mission Figs with Amaretti Whipped Cream.
