Sushi Making 101

Join us on March 29th to make and eat your own sushi creations!Â
Our sushi chefs will provide a hands-on lesson and demonstration about the essentials of sushi-making. You will learn how to prepare sushi rice, break down a whole fish, prepare the garnishes, slice the fish and assemble the rolls yourself. Plus, we will provide all the tools and ingredients needed to craft (and eat) your own California, Spicy Tuna and Shrimp Tempura Maki rolls.
Also enjoy a complimentary glass of sake, beer or wine while we make the sushi!Â
