Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q Welcomes Texas-based Chef, Tim Byres

From the venue:Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q welcomes friend and guest chef, Tim Byres, to celebrate recipes from his book and the brotherhood of barbecue. Guests will receive a copy of Byresâ€™ book, Smoke: New Firewood Cooking (valued at $40), enjoy passed appetizers, a coursed meal, and bottomless libations from SweetWater Brewing Company and CATHEAD Vodka. The evening will begin with a book signing at 6:30 p.m. followed by a sit down dinner at 7:30 p.m. The menu will feature recipes and interpretations of recipes from Byresâ€™ book, including a Coffee Rubbed Steamship Round Barbacoa.
