Come to this class to see Marie Rama, coauthor of Bacon Nation, and the dozens of new ways she has found to use bacon to improve dishes. The demonstration will feature Bacon Swizzle Stick, Bacon Jam, Crusted Salmon, and Chocolate-Peanut-Bacon Toffee.
