Join Ray’s on the River for a five-course, chef inspired Jordan Vineyard & Winery pairing dinner on Thursday, April 8, from 7 to 9 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in special dishes prepared by chef Simon Young, with Jordan wines paired perfectly to round out the experience. Menu highlights include Savage Blonde oysters, house cured salmon gravlax, blue cheese crusted filet of beef and more.
