If Dad needs a day off from grilling out this Father’s Day, Sunday, June 20, 2021, head to Dantanna’s for a special menu created by Executive Chef Brad Parker. A dad and veteran chef, Parker’s theme this year is, "If You Think Dad is Cooking on Father’s Day, You Must be Nuts". In addition to Dantanna’s full lunch and dinner menus, the speciality Father’s Day menu features Curry Cashew Mussels - Maine whitewater mussels, shallots, garlic, curry, coconut milk, cashews and cilantro; Pecan Crusted Trout - local trout pecan-panko crust, peach butter, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and green beans; Pine Nut Pesto Scallops - seared jumbo scallops, pine nut-basil pesto, sautéed mushrooms and Brussels sprouts; and Dantanna’s Bananas – bananas in brown sugar rum sauce, macadamia nut muffin and vanilla ice cream.
